Visa rules eased out for Chinese Tourists. UK needs to Improve its Poor Customer Service | Go Frontiers (Chinese business culture)

Finally the UK government has eased the Visa rules out for Chinese Tourism in the UK (expatbriefing.com, 2013). The Chinese are cash rich and like travelling abroad especially to countries that are steeped in history or has fantastic scenery. Its great when the UK has both.

Visa rules eased out for Chinese Tourists. UK needs to Improve its Poor Customer Service. The Chinese also love buying branded luxury goods and will purchase as much as they can carry, especially if the goods are cheaper in the UK. Remember China is becoming expensive.

The next issue for the UK is our poor customer service. This needs to improve and fast, especially when the Chinese expect only the best service.
